The location is excellent, the water is only a few metres away and you can hear the waves and seagulls while you sleep. The shower was large and comfortable and with good water pressure. The kitchenette was very well stocked, thank you! The laundry room was also an unexpected bonus, you can wash clothes without leaving the building. Street parking near the hotel is free of charge.
The door to our room often did not open on first try, you needed to swipe the card 3/4 times and open the handle firmly. The bed was a bit small for us, and the room did not have any fan so we slept with the window open and the rolladen partly rolled up, for some air. However due to bad weather during our stay it was a bit complicated to sleep. The walls are also quite thin, you can hear people in neighbouring rooms walking or using the bathroom. We also booked this specific accomodation as we were travelling by car, however when we arrived and were given the key to our room, the person sitting behind the desk informed us that it would not be possible to have us park indoors as the "parking was not connected to our building", but during our stay we could see cars going up and down the ramps to the underground car park underneath our building quite often... Having the car parked indoors would have been very helpful as we had to check out during heavy rain and carry all our bags to the car park (which is only 2 minutes away, and free of charge).

The apartments are perfectly suited with accessibility to Dunkerque city centre, but also in convenient walking distance of the gorgeous beach at Malo-les-Bains. The staff are great and very helpful, and the breakfast has a wide range and is very fulfilling. The unique selling point is that you can chill in your room, work with the sharp Wi-Fi, and even cook yourself something using the kitchenette if you don't fancy going out for supper. I return here year after year, and I'm never disappointed.
I've wrecked my brain, and I really can't think of anything that I'd want improved at the price that is offered. They do a great job!

The staff was lovely and helpful. Free parking on the street outside. Quiet area. Nice bar.
The bed was hard and the fridge in the room made a loud noise evey 30 mins, like the motor was coming alive. We gad a very bad sleep

The location was good as the hotel was close to the city centre. There was also a small kitchen area with a kettle, hob and fridge.
There is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms so we were given a small air conditioning unit and we opened our window but the room was above the reception and both nights people sat on the benches outside chatting, on the 2nd night there were about 6 police officers that sat there all night. The bathroom shower would not stay upright and there was black mould around the bath. The bed was also very firm we were in room 102.
