The location, the coziness, the price for sure, the room was spacious and way better then we expected. We enjoyed the heating in the room and in the bathroom, the bath-tube, the large loggia with magnificent views, the beds were also really nice. The restaurant below has its special atmosphere, with a fireplace and really tasty food! Great that there is a playground right opposite and an opportunity for a walk and hiking.
The steam room in the spa area is spacious with a lovely mountain view, but it would be great to make it warmer. The jacuzzi is really nice, but it was a bit cold since it’s heated from the fireplace and perhaps needs much time.

Location
-The first night we stayed there was a live music event until midnight. Our bedroom was located on the floor below and you could hear everything!
-No soundproofing as you could hear all night noises, water running from other guests using the bathroom and people’s footsteps
-Heating turns on and off specific hours throughout the hotel. So if we were cold or hot there was no way to adjust it. Just bare with it!
-We went downsrairs for dinner as we noticed there was a buffet and at the beginning the staff there didn’t know if we can eat there, another person told us that the buffet would open at 20:00 (it was already 20:10..).
We were standing in the middle of the restaurant and all the staff gathered and just stared at us instead of guiding us on what were our options.
Then they decided to inform us that the buffer costs Eur30/person. When we told them that there is a special offer with booking.com for Eur16/person for dinner no one knew about it.
Since we didn’t had any other option as there was nothing nearby, we ordered a la cart.
- Next day we were out all morning and when we tried to use the bath, water was licking from the shower head. It was splashing out from 2-3 places and the water was not going down the drain so it was impossible to take a bath!
We tried calling reception to inform them twice with no response!
-As frustratated as we were, we got hungry and sat in the lobby area with the tv and fire place and ordered a la cart again dinner.
We asked to open the tv as it was switched off. As there were only greek channels with no subs or anything, we asked another couple who was sitting there if they wanted to turn the volume up and they agreed- they also couldn’t hear a thing. The moment we turned a bit the volume, a staff member run and asked us to turn it down as we could bother the other guests in the rooms….
