Very clean, quiet location, comfortable beds, good amenities for the suite.
The hotel's machinery (A/C, water tanks etc) are distracting the view from suite 15, it's not harmonic with the surroundings. The bathroom is small.

Pine View Boutique hotel is an absolutely beautiful and special place in the Tradoos region. It is a haven of peace and tranquility with an incredible view of the mountains. It's the perfect place to escape the noise of the city.
I booked for two nights, and kept extending, to five nights. I hope to return again for more rest and relaxation.
The Duty Manager is so kind, helpful and extends such superb hospitality. The hotel is very well-managed, clean and operates as a 5 star hotel. All the staff follow with such professionalism. The food is excellent! The design of the hotel is amazing and so well-done, integrating the natural environment (such as trees) into the construction of the hotel. The interior decor is also stunning!

Location was ideal, the staff were amazing. Met one of the owners and was also very down to earth and very accommodating.
If I had to be really really picky the towels could have been better as everthing else was 5 star.
