Not very impressive.

breakfast was good . Location is also good. At first we were given Room no 213 which was too small , inspite of advance booking . Later we were given Room no. 206 which was better but not the best ..

Their room service . Its horrible ! Except for the breakfast , no food was good enough . They take vey long time even to serve a glass of fresh juice !!

It's ok and overpriced

The breakfast was okay. But it was taken out by sharp 10:10... You could not eat anything after that on Sunday. Not even coffee

The staff are mediocre. Won't even pick up calls. Won't deliver food till the room ordered through Swiggy. We had to do this because the kitchen closed and had to order food from out. Surely not acceptable.

poor stay, not worth the price and we please don’t stay here

1. The flush didn’t work properly 2. There was a power cut for 2 hours and the hotel doesn’t have a DG backup. The front desk guy was rude and says these are things out of our control and no one keeps DG backup 3. The breakfast was very poor. The tables were not clean. There were no items and we had to wait to get things

NEVER VISITING AGAIN

The only good thing about the entire hotel are the restaurants: Via Bombay and Le Cafe.

Firstly, a very poor experience at the Reception with Mr. Sunil (if I'm not wrong). At the Front desk when I informed him that a certain guest was a visitor for a little while, the person tells me that 'Visitors are not allowed and this is hotel policy'. I made my discontent very obvious on the fact that a policy that is not mentioned on the Booking.com's Property Policy, how should I consider the same?If the same would be made aware on the website, I wouldn't select the very hotel in the first place. The person was quite arrogantly not budging and it was an awful and a horrible experience with an obvious sense of a not caring about the Customer approach. The standard of the room was not worth the money and was not even meeting the expectations via the pictures. Forget visiting the Hotel for stay, I may even re-consider coming for one of my favourite restaurants (Via Bombay) because of this horrendous experience.

Would not stay again as need high speed wifi - close to station if that's all you need

Internet was terrible and could not get any work done. Second day room smelled like sewage and outside the lobby had constant water draining going on. 1000 ruppees for two beers to be room serviced seems a bit high with all the fees and probably would not stay here again

wouldnt stay here again.

The only good thing was that they agreed to accept a package I had ordered at the hotel adress and kept it in my room.

Did not have the breakfast as they had no restaurant. food was to be ordered and sent to the room. As sooon as they turned on the AC a lot of dust came out. When i woke up in the morninf there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor. I thought it was a one time thing, but the same happened the next night. I spent the night killing bugs.

PLACE IS WORTH ITS PRICE.

BREAKFAST GOOD. LOCATION EXCELLENT.

BED PILLOWS WERE VERY SMALL. BETTER PILLOWS CAN BE PROVIDED.
