The staff was professional from the moment I stepped in the hotel. Its a fantastic location with 3 convenience stores and a major line running right underneath. Also the way the staff handled everything after the earthquake was top notch from making sure everyone was ok to getting people to where they needed to go. The view was also spectacular no matter which side you stayed on.

Very clean room that reflected quality house keeping. Bathroom and room amenities. Air purifier. Bed very comfortable.
Helpfulness of reception and concierge staff, especially for the return pickup of a tented mobility scooter for my elderly mother.
Location close to station, eateries and attractions eg. Skytree. There are 3 convenience stores adjacent and opposite the hotel.
My elderly mother is visually impaired. Room lighting could have been brighter for an accessible room.

Spacious and presents really good value for money, and with great view of the city from the room. The area is also quiet but with great access to the wider Tokyo area being near the Oedo line.
Hotel is showing its age and hope there's a chance for renewal soon.

Room was very spacious and Meat however, there we took the non-smoking room, but it still smells like cigarettes not a big fan of the bathroom as the toilet seat was cracked. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is slightly old. They do have a vent near the window, but the window doesn’t open. We stayed two nights. The beds were nice. It was pretty spacious. We took a big room so we had a lot of space we did not have as many amenities as we had in other hotels. The location is amazing. It’s like a two minute walk from the train station.
The room had cigarette smell and it was slightly outdated like it was. The hotel is a bit old, but that’s about it. We do not like the bathroom. It was also a bit old.
