Nice journey, good self-catering hotel with beautiful terrace

The hotel has a very nice swimming pool. Free parking places. Close to the sea, additional is a local beach as an option. There is also possible to enter the sea on a sandy beach without stones that go deep into the sea. Very nice kitchen with enough options for cooking. A beautiful terrasse with a very nice view of the sea. Very nice restaurant around. Nice to mention the Bulgarka restaurant with a lot of options. Visiting surroundings (Balchik, Albena, Sunny Beach, Kaliakra) is also mandatory in a week's journey. In Balchik is a beautiful cactus botanical garden in Maria's castle.

The swimming pool is closed too early for the water treatment. Would be good to do a treatment to repeal mosquitos around the property.

good location, large rooms, had an elevator

the bed was really old and uncomfortable, and the pillows were also really old and lumpy. it was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. the wifi didn’t work and there was only a room AC for the main room, but nothing for the bedroom, so the bedroom was really hot.

Weekend stay, great view to the sea

Big rooms with great view. The apartment was clean and location was quiet. We only stayed for the weekend, but we didn't have any issues. We also had a cat with us and the staff was very friendly.

The furniture could use some repairs or replacements. The living room table was very unstable.

The hotel is nice , but take care of apt no 3 - sleeping conditions extermelly poor !

Kitchen has everything , very good hob , washing machine ( for clothes ) , many dishes and different , practically everything you need. Space is ok , bathroom ok, a bit old but usable.

I will tell this only regarding appartment no 3 where we stayed these 2 nights. You cannot sleep !!! the Mattress in the big bed is destroyed !!! Please don't accept it !!! The owner should change it asap . You better sleep on the floor... And also the small bed in the living is not the sofa , it is also awfull !!! My daughter wasn't able to sleep at all !! Also AC is very old , I am not sure about the filters ... But still brings some cold air.

The aparthotel are near to the beach and a great view, the pool was very clean and the room was spacious.

It was acceptable for a roof above our heads and a place to sleep.

Very good location. Swift access to the beach and restaurants area. The size of rooms was also a good impression. Unfortunately, a waste of space.

The "self-catering" is only possible should one carries their own kitchen hardware with them (...in the trunk?...) There were no frying pans, and the only available cooking hardware was a tiny little kettle. Cutlery, plates and (water) glasses were enough for all. Anything else was missing. TV set was not working. The shower set was leaking all over and should've been changed. I should've asked for that, but I simply gave in.

The pool was really great. It was quite free and there was plenty of room to leave your towels.

The apartment was very dirty. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. There were spiders and bugs. The bed was stained.

Nice apartment, big, nice view from the sixt floor, big terrace.

On their name they put "Self-catering" but is no self-catering service there. They don't serve food there. They set the property Pet-friendly but don't give you any information about the conditions of bringing a pet with you. I sent message to them, to ask about this, and nobody answered to me. At the reception I found out I have to pay 10 BGN per night, wich is not to much but I would prefer to have all the info when I make the reservation and pay.

The sea

There was nothing to help with self-catering, no pans or pots, no dishwaher. Bad odour coming from the garbadge bin, broken stuff in the appartment. Not very much catered for and not the flat we asked for.

Loved the view from the 5th floor, from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. Clean pool and luckily was exclusively for us, as we were the only guests for the first two days. . The reception was very prompt in helping us with an coffee pot, when we asked for one. The cleaning service is available every day for trash mopping the bathrooms and changing the towels, if you need it. Extra blankets and clean sheets were available in a drawer, in the bedroom, if needed. Nice restaurant "The old bridge" with fresh seafood and fish dishes, lovely wines and stunning view and sound of the sea. The combination of quality food and very good prices was precisely what we needed Overall, it was a nice, relaxing trip and we have enjoyed it, regardless the small inconveniences. We recommend Kavarna and the Royal cove apartments for few days trips, as is the 3rd time for us, in the last few years. It's a pitty the seaside resort is not better taken care of, cause it has a great potential. Nevertheless, one can always enjoy the raw surroundings, as they are. We like Kavarna and this hotel.

If in need to work while there, the wifi is not working. @ the 5th floor, it was not even seen by the phone search, not to mention to be able to use it. We haven't tried to see if it works on lower floors, as we used our phones hotspot. The apartment was relatively clean, a bit dusty, but we manage to quickly wipe the dust with some wet wipes. The kitchen is not equipped with everything one might need for cooking. Luckily we didn't need to, but if in need, cooking base utensils are missing. We had a 10% discount at Balgarka restaurant, the other one right beside, but the service was poor and the prices a lot higher, than we remembered from 2 years ago. The bar near the pool was not opened yet.

The hotel is kind of expired.

Location and size of rooms.

Cleaning and condition of the rooms. It was all broken here and there and oldish.

the view offered by the terrace fills your soul with admiration and peace

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not speak English, so it was difficult to understand each other. One day, part of the staff lady forgot to close the apartment door, a situation that created great fear in us. Problem with water, we did not have any water for more than 3 hours.
