The kindness of the host
I booked in May, when it was not so hot, my bad. There is no air conditioning and with only the fan it is extremely uncomfortable to spend the nights in summer…

The all inclusive breakfast bar was a great amenity, and was very convenient since I had a flight super early in the morning, and was still able to eat something. Host was very welcoming, explained all the details about the property, and was very willing to accommodate any concerns.
The room didn't have AC so I slept with the window open which completely fine, though if it was hotter outside it might be worse.

Good location near the airport, you need 2km/25-30 minutes to get there by foot. Most of the distance you will be able to use your suitcase castners. Check-in procedure is 24/7, so we got exactly what we expected since we arrived at 2am. You may also use call-in shuttle bus that costs 6 EUR per person if you do not want to walk. Free car parking in front of the building, instructions how to get into the apartment are clear. The accommodation is one mid-size apartment consisting of four bedrooms, one kitchen and breakfast room and two bathrooms. One is dedicated solely to one bedroom, the other is shared amont three others. The breakfast area is equipped by one extra large and one smaller table. These are all shared by all four bedrooms.

25 minutes of walk from the terminal but you can catch buses also. Ryanair training center 15 minutes by walk. Couple of restaurants nearby. Good for a 1 night stay. Friendly staff and owner.
I've choose this apartment as it is slightly further away from the airport but my window was facing it and turned out the distance wasn't enough. Could hear all the first wave departures. Thin doors, you could hear also when someone was arriving during the night. Standard Italian light breakfast with prepacked toast and croissant, nutella, butter, cheese and some juices, water and coffee. Shared bathroom. (it was clean)
