We had such a lovely stay at Villa Levante. The view is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunrise; waking up to that panoramic sea view every morning was really special.
The location is great too, close to the beach and within easy reach of Banana Beach and several other beaches in the south. There are also plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really made our stay was the owners. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming and were especially lovely with our little daughter. They really made us feel at home.
A beautiful place with amazing views and wonderful hosts. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Everything was absolutely wonderful—this was easily one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea, but what made it truly magical was fulfilling my ultimate dream: falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the waves right from bed.
The hosts were incredible, beyond welcoming, and went out of their way to fulfill every single request we had. The room was spotless, with thorough daily cleaning. I have nothing but high praise for this place, and I’m so grateful I stumbled upon it while searching for a stay in Zakynthos.
A heartfelt thank you to Spiros and especially to his lovely mother, who took care of every detail to make our stay completely unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A short drive from Zakynthos Airport and easy to reach by car. The property and location look even better in person than in the photos and super clean and well taken care of. The owner, Adriana, met us at arrival with a huge smile. Even though she doesn't speak English, we communicated perfectly and she showed us all the amenities of the apartment.
The view from the balcony is mesmerizing, we had breakfast out there every morning and watched the sunset after coming back from the beach. Kaminia Beach is just a few metres away, you can walk or drive if you prefer. Parking and sunbeds are free, and it's a quiet beach. Gerakas Beach is also just a short drive away, where loggerhead turtles nest, an amazing beach too.
The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay, and the room was cleaned every day. A small detail worth mentioning: we didn't see mosquitos in the area but the doors and windows have mosquito nets, which many properties don't advertise but can make all the difference if mosquitoes are attracted to you!.
There's a supermarket quite close by, along with plenty of good restaurants. In my opinion, this is the best part of the island a quiet, peaceful area that we truly loved. Great value for money. Next time we're in Zakynthos, this will be our first choice.

The view from the balcony sea view was beautiful.
There was no AC in the 2 bedrooms. The AC is located outside the bedrooms in the dining table area. The rooms were hot and it was really hard to sleep at night. There was no fan in the master bedroom. There was a small white fan in kids bedrooms with 2 twin beds and that fan was releasing hot air. The description doesn’t say that the AC is not in the bedrooms. Also in the description it says that, “you will have the whole villa to yourself.” Which is wrong because it’s like an apartment with rooms around and neighbors around.
