Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

We loved the view from the balcony. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location is walking distance to the old town.

That the room was very small (smaller than it shows in the pictures) though we enjoyed it anyway. But also that the wifi is VERY weak.

Everything was great: great view from the balcony to Kas, good location (5-10 minutes walk from the center of the town) and very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Simple yet beautiful and perfectly decorated. A place to return if in kas once again.

Nice place, nice owners, there is no fridge in the rooms, owner offered to put our wine and cheese in his fridge, tasty breakfast, clean room, good water pressure in the shower, good air conditioning, does not make noise when working, fast and stable Wi-Fi, nice balcony with a view of the sea, lovely to drink wine on it in the evening. The hotel is located on a quiet street, the nearest beach is 2 minutes, the free beach is 5 minutes, the center is 5 minutes, the supermarket is 7 minutes on foot. In front of the hotel there is a place to park the car, we wrote in advance that we needed a place for the car and there were no problems with the parking lot. We only went for 1 day, but when we arrived we decided to stay for 2 days. I recommend.

Excellent family run hotel. With easy access to the beach and town. Very helpful.

The hotel was run by a family who made us feel at home. The breakfast was simple quality food with some home baking. They were very helping us explore the local area. They also arranged transfers to the airport.

They was nothing we disliked.

One of the best Hotel in Kas

The positive points are: - Very helpful and kind staff. - perfect location - delicious breakfast - a beautiful Kas view from the balcony. Probably we will come to this hotel again.

- poor wifi quality especially on the 3rd floor. - tiny rooms (not all of them may be, but ours was too tiny) - no elevator (it is not a problem for me but it can be important to someone)
