Great location, nice pool and breakfast, helpful staff
We did not lije this he cardboard cups to drink out of in our room. We would have preferred glass or china for our tea

Location is great, very close to the Marina and center of Kas .
Nothing.

The view from my room was beautiful, especially in the morning. Location: the main touristic street is literally outside of the hotel, steps to great restaurants and shops. Staff is very nice, attentive to requests and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
Internet didn't work in my room, probably because it was the farthest on the floor.

They have a parking lot which is why I booked at this hotel. Parking is an issue in Kas.
We were upgraded (which means they sold out the rooms we booked) and upon upgrade, we were asked to give high rates. The room was just a bit larger facing the parking lot, so I’m not really sure what the upgrade was. While we checked out, they forgot to charge us and I received several calls on the way (while driving) to transfer the money (on a Saturday). I was thinking booking.com would charge me so I suggested paying by credit card as I would have done so but I was told it is not possible. I told them that I could only transfer on Monday as I couldn’t manage it on a Saturday and received more calls to transfer while driving to the airport to catch the flight. In the end, they showed some reasoning and I had to transfer the money on Monday which is the equivalent of paying in cash. It wasn’t quite a pleasant experience overall, I probably won’t book again.
