I stayed just 1 night because I had an early meeting nearby early the next day and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, given the price. Because it was so affordable, I thought it might be a little run-down but quite the opposite! Breakfast was very nice.
It took 20 mins to get my receipt upon check-out. I didn't even need the official Nota Fiscal then -- just a receipt -- but even that took 20 mins.

Good breakfast and nice location when going to events in ARCA.
Pillows were not good enough, they were too thin. The cleaning lady woke me up in the morning to check if there was a need to clean the room, there should be a sign next to the door to put outside of the room stating "Do not disturb". My friends found that sign in the bathroom next to the towels, I didn't check.
Long queue to buy snacks, drinks and food because sometimes there is only one person to do the check in and check out process, answer the phone and receive payment from people. I would recommend having another person to support the service, automating the check in/out process or providing food in the rooms to be payed in the check out.
As other people said, the noise can be disturbing since there is a heliport nearby, people speaking out loud in the corridor and car moving on the avenue.
