We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, very well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the bathroom, especially the size of the shower and the perfect water temperature, as well as the thoughtful amenities like the moisturizer, shampoo, and shower cap. The breakfast was wonderful, with incredible variety, everything delicious and very well served, and the staff was kind and attentive throughout.
Honestly, our experience was very good overall. The only small suggestion would be to include a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, as that would be a nice extra touch for future guests. Other than that, everything met our expectations very well.

Good value. Excellent selection for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location between GRU airport and where I needed to go to for work in Lapa. Easy checkin and checkout.
Neighborhood not one you would want to walk around.

I mostly liked the location. Very close to the event.
A crazy guy from hotel staff invaded my room during the hotel stay time. Luckly nothing exposure happens but it was very embarrassing anyway. Additionally, the parking region has been attacking by thieves who steal cell phones.
