Location is good and the rooms are well sized. Breakfast was generous. Photos of the rooms were mostly accurate.
Even though I selected one of the renovated superior rooms, the smell to humidity in the room and the hallway was strong. We stayed twice during one week and in our first stay we had to change the room because of it, and some black spots in the restroom that looked like mold (but can’t confirm that was the case). It is also difficult that most of the front desk staff doesn’t speak English, which seems odd for a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the room and when we asked for it we were told that “only the highest room comes with one” - also not very 4 star like.

Great location. Room was a nice size.
Totally strange explanation for why we didn’t have a coffee station in the room: our room grade did not include coffee. Even instant coffee would’ve been acceptable.
Just put coffee in the rooms for that early morning start!

The location is great
Staff is awkward. I arrived at Total after 2 PM and they didn’t give me any room saying that all the rooms will be available at 3 PM. Seems more like the staff didn’t want to do anything extra for minimum work. Also, the towels in the bathroom are quite old and run down with some holes in it.
