The room was perfect with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near shopping, restaurants and Av. Paulista.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed
Thought the pool area could be improved - better chairs and loungers, and the windows were dirty.
The coffee machine during breakfast was terrible and the staff told me there had been previous complaints as the automatic cappuccino came out very sweet. I would change that. But the filtered coffee was very good.
I think the reception area doesnt have the best smell. I thought the same thing last time I stayed there. The entrance look and sofa at reception could be improved as I think they look cheap compared to how good the rooms look and feel.
