The location is great but this is definitely not what I would expect from a 5-star Hilton hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The dining area is beautiful and probably the reason we booked the hotel from the photos online.
Rooms are too small, facilities are not 5-star standard and compared to other 5-star hotels in Sao Paulo at a similar rate, this was not good value for money.

I was surprised by how basic this hotel felt, especially considering the price — around $520 for two nights. The room was small, with a view of a concrete wall, and lacked any sense of luxury. No kettle in the room, slow internet (around 8 Mbps), and no bidet or hygiene shower in the bathroom — unusual for a hotel claiming to be high-end.
Breakfast was limited: no oatmeal, no unsweetened yogurt, no fish, pesto, or savory options. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get a green tea, and there’s no tea available in the room either — you have to ask each time.
There’s also no pool or spa facilities, and while that may be listed online, the overall experience still felt more like a 3-star business hotel than what you'd expect from a premium brand at this price.
Would not recommend for travelers expecting comfort or attention to detail. The standards here are far from what you’d find in similarly priced hotels elsewhere.
Also the sink was not working, I was looking at my hair for a few days.
