Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but I don’t think the hotel offers good value for the price we paid.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, with easy access to the city center. We also appreciated the free parking, which made our stopover very convenient.
Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but at around for the price we paid per night without breakfast, we expected better maintenance and a higher standard of comfort.
There were several drawbacks. The air conditioner was very loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Our room had a terrace with river view (which is why we paid a higher price) but it was covered in pigeon droppings and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time, so we couldn’t use it. While the hotel has its charm, many of the facilities feel outdated, and some areas could benefit from maintenance and refurbishment.

The restaurant ambiance and style.
1. The bed - very inconfortable, the mattress was somehow deformed and too soft.
2. Breakfast - average. You have to choose between some predefined plates. The turkish one was good looking, but eggs were cold, the dressing was banal and nonflavoured. I know very well how should be the plate in the manu, and what I get was from a very different film. Only the aspect was nice.
3 My car was scratched in the parking. It wasn't parked improper, or disturbing somebody. Was scratched with a key or something like this. Just for fun, I presume.
It's a pitty, in the past the hotel was for many times my choice for Arad. Just the price for the room is still high, the rest is down.
