the fact that the hotel is right next to the ZOO and in the room price you have included a card with complete access anytime you like
the buffet breakfast was awesome. the dinner menu was diverse and very good
maybe the balcony could have had a mosquito net so you can let the door open at night for fresh air
the heating also did not work at the time we were there. perhaps we did not know how to use it or it was set to a specific temperature by management...

The owner was very welcoming and could not do enough to make you comfortable. The shower was really good and very powerful. WiFi worked perfectly.
The location was a bit far out of the centre but we could walk there in about 25 minutes. A safe in the room would be most helpful to save you carrying your valuables with you.
