Clean quiet hotel with a beautiful garden. We arrived early and although we could not check in, we could rest and read in the comfortable couches in the courtyard. Both mattresses and pillows were comfortable which is unusual in Guatemala. There is always some background noise in Antigua, but the rooms are better soundproofed than most. Staff were great.

Fantastic property with a beautiful garden and very friendly, helpful check-in assistance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the main square. Overall, a wonderful hotel offering great value for the price and services provided.

Hotel Aurora provided fabulous family accommodation close to downtown, with a beautiful courtyard with seating. Great breakfast included. Small fridge in family room, which had 3x double beds. Also use of hotel fridge and microwave. Reception staff really helpful with transfers & tours both ahead of arrival and when we were there. Walking distance to key sights in beautiful Antigua.

The hotel is well maintained, very clean and cosy. Comfortable beds and room. Everything you need is provided including breakfast. well located in the centre but still quiet. Beautiful courtyard. Great price for what you get.
No volcano views and cannot look out the window as it is glazed and road is right outside. Good soundproofing though Some of the staff was very hard to communicate with, others were fine. Breakfast staff was alittle intense.
