Great location would stay again

Our family of four adults and one nearly 5 month old stayed happily in this apartment for 3 nights- walking distance to everything- really clean and well equipped apartment- we really appreciated that there we just a few supplies so it felt homey. Great

We loved our stay here and greatly appreciated how helpful, accommodating and welcoming the Stay in Rome team was before and during our stay. Adriano was wonderful in showing us the ropes and explaining things that were unusual for us as Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The three story climb is no joke people- we counted 63 stairs in all but thankfully we, along with our 4-year-old daughter and my mom took it all in stride as part of our authentic Rome experience. The numerous restaurants, markets and gelaterias (essentials of life) around us as well as the ease we had in getting around Rome to see the sights made staying here a delight- would definitely recommend!

We had wonderful days in this absolutely perfect apartment - it can't be better. Highly recommended!

We loved our three-night stay here. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five, and stayed wonderfully cool despite a heatwave outside.
There was a tiny bit of confusion thinking we'd be having four beds, and there were three. But the third was a king size so two kids were comfortable sharing it.
I highly recommend staying here for the neighborhood, alone!

Our stay was great. We could walk to pretty much any attraction we wanted to and nest of all was the gelato steps from our door. The street it is on had anything you would need though could be a bit loud at times. Overall it was a perfect spot for our family!!!

Clean apartment, check-in process was smooth, and apartment is located within walking distance of most major Rome attractions.

Very nice apartment. Wonderful location with easy access to historical areas in Rome. Lots of good restaurants, cafes and stores around. Reliable A/C for summer heat. Only disadvantage is being in a forth level with narrow stairs and no elevator. Suggest to get a larger bathtub curtain. Overall it was a very pleasant stay here

We had a wonderful time. This apartment was perfect. Clean and centrally located.

Great AC, nice people helping us, love the location

We loved the location of this flat, we loved the beautiful tile, and we loved the light. The size was generous, and it was nice to have a secure place to dry our laundry.
The cleaning was questionable, particularly the floors.
The beds are very thin mattresses and all 3 room occupants agreed they were very uncomfortable.
Communication with the property company was easy, and they were particularly helpful finding luggage solutions for an earlier checkout than travel.

The Rome art apartment is all about location. The apartment itself is dramatic. You will be staying in a classic Rome walk up right in the heart of the historical center. Everything is walkable right from your front door, and if it isn’t walkable it is easily reachable from the bus stop on Corso Victor Emanuelle just a few steps away.
But in addition to that convenience, I was amazed on this trip to Rome how “lively” this neighborhood has become. There are multiple Osterias and trattorias right outside the door. But in addition to that there are many artiginale gelaterias and street food vendors there as well. The Porchetteria is not to be missed!
As a result of this, the neighborhood is “touristy”. It is a go to spot, particularly with young people traveling or studying in Rome…for good and for bad.
If you want that vibe, this is the place for you. It is not quiet and it is not a neighborhood dominated by Romans. You just have to decide what you want.
The owners and management company were professional and responsive. A nice perk is the discounted taxi service they will arrange for you to and from the airport. This is not a “hang out” apartment. There is no central living space other than a dining room table. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. But the idea is to get you out into Rome. If you are looking for a comfortable retreat where you spend a lot of time. You might want to consider someplace else.

We arrived at night in Rome and we received a very kind and helpful way, the place is full of comfort and in the heart of many tourist attractions, we enjoyed our visit a lot, and we will definitely visit again. thanks a lot, Rome apartments team.

Wonderful location on a lively street with plenty of restaurant and gelato choices. Lively street meant lots of noise at night but we were anticipating this based on other reviews, so be prepared accordingly. Plenty of light in the 2 main bedrooms, and having a washer was a plus. Lots of sights easily walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment is pretty basic with no real living room space but we were not home much anyway so it did not really matter. Other than that is has everything needed.

Great apartment with plenty of space and light. Vibrant street and within walking distance to all of Rome’s major attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your VRBO rental in Rome and it was an incredible experience! The location was absolutely fantastic, as it was situated right in the heart of where everything was happening. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the amazing attractions, restaurants, and shops that Rome has to offer.
The apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. It was well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a short or extended stay. The decor was modern and stylish, and the apartment was impeccably clean upon our arrival.
As mentioned in the listing, the location does mean that there is some noise at night due to the bustling activity of the area. However, this was not a problem for us and actually added to the charm and excitement of our stay. It's the perfect spot for those who want to be in the thick of things and fully immerse themselves in the energy of Rome.
Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Rome. The location, comfort, and overall experience were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We stayed with two adults, two teenagers, and one preteen.
The apartment is spacious, clean, and in an amazing location on a street with numerous restaurants, gelato and pastries nearby. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, etc. from the apartment.
We arranged private transfer to and from the airport through the rental hosts and it met all expectations. Check-in was great, thorough but speedy. Whenever we had questions during our stay, responses were quick and helpful.
There are a few things that may be helpful to know. First, the outside street can be noisy at night. We noticed this primarily in the bedroom on the right. After the first night, we played white noise from our phone on the nightstand nearest the window and it didn't affect our sleep the rest of our stay. Second, I think I counted 57 steps from the street to the apartment door. Not an issue for us, but be aware if you have mobility issues. Last, I didn't see any pictures of the second bathroom on the site. It's a perfectly nice and modern half bath (sink and toilet) and was very handy with a group of our size.
We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again on our next trip to Rome. We felt much more a part of the city than when staying in a hotel.

The apartment was spacious in a very convenient location. It was really nice to have a washer so we could pack fewer clothes. The owners were very helpful with not only the apartment, but with recommendations of what to do in the area. We could easily walk to St. Peter's and the Colosseum from the apartment.
The only challenges were having enough electricity to charge our phones and it was very loud at night from all the restaurants nearby.

The location was truly wonderful. Within walking distance to many sights which was great. The apartment was clean and tidy, check in was easy enough. There is a bag storage location just down the street if you need it. We really enjoyed our stay, very charming building and very nice people. The only negative is the 2nd bathroom is sort of by the patio. If you truly need a 2 bathroom this might not be the best place for you, for us it was no issue. And the door lock was a bit difficult to use. But for the cost and the location you cannot beat this place! I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

This apartment could not be in a better location. Charming little street that can be a little noisy at night but what place in Rome isn’t? The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. I would just recommend reading the reviews about the stairs for guests that have mobility issues, but we were well informed in advance. Highly recommend!!

Great apartment. Wonderful location. Up a few flights of stairs but for Rome well worth it. Shower could use a bit of work!

The property was clean, well equipped, and on a great street.

The house was ok, because of the tile throughout everything echoed. When someone was trying to sleep in one room voices sounded like they were right next to them. The house was very clean, and it could not have had a better location. Central to everything, and on an active street with fabulous dining options.

This place was perfect for our few days stay. The location was so convenient and walking distance to everywhere around the city. It is up 4 stories (steps only) which was not a problem for us but keep that in mind. I would suggest the hosts to leave a sponge/soap in the kitchen and an extra trash bag or two. Otherwise, for the location and price it was a great find.

Of our locations in our vacation this was our favorite. Located near everything. Staying here is like living in Rome. Everything about this location was great. We had to walk up to the 4 floor but once there the floor open up to a lovely space. Three bedrooms, large living area, kitchen and bathroom, There was a small terrace of the Kitchen and half a bath.

This was such a beautiful apartment that more than lived up to the online description! The location was right next to the Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance to all the sites. We loved the terrace! Most importantly Daniele was gracious and kind and took an interest in our family and our experience. Thank You Daniele- your apartment was the perfect place to experience Rome!

This place was close to so many things. It was a great base to explore and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby but it wasn't too noisy. There are a lot of stairs both to get to the apartment and inside as well. It was not a problem for us.

Great location - people were great. Needed a few things in the kitchen like spatula, dish cleaning supplies. Two sets of keys, if you take both sets the AC turns off so the place was warm when we got back. For the price it was solid.

This was a perfect location for a Rome vacation. We could easily walk to anything. If we were tired, we could easily catch a taxi at the end of the street. There was plenty of great dining right outside our door.
The apartment was comfortable and the rooms provided enough space for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Rome.
It is on the top floor and some nights it was tough going up the stairs after walking through Rome all day. But you can't beat the location and price, so it was well worth it for us.

Great property to enjoy the energy of Rome. I stayed with my husband and two teenagers, and it was just enough room for us. Best part was it’s location, within walking distance of many major sites, restaurants and of course gelato. Enjoyed the little outdoor space as well when we needed a quiet break and to rest out feet.

Great stay in a great location
This was a great place for us to stay to experience our few days in Rome. The kitchen is not well stocked or supplied for tourists (no sponges or paper towels/knapkins) and doesn’t have a lot of glassware or utensils. That being said we didn’t really plan to use much of that, I don’t think you came all this way to cook your own meal. If so coming up 4 flights with groceries can be tiring so don’t forget anything if you make the grocery store run. Again though we stayed here for 3 nights and could not have asked for a better stay. AC worked well (so well we wished their was a couple more blankets as their are 2 blankets for 4 beds), and it’s perfectly located for walking on your own our for meeting your tours. Our family of five walked to dinner every night, went to the Colosseum, Pantheon, St. Peter’s Basicilica etc…all easily doable. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here you won’t regret it.
