Staff are very welcoming and friendly nothing was a bother to them
Only real downside for me was the mattress wasn't great but then thats my preference.

Stayed with my son for one night, comfortable beds, warm room and great breakfast with great staff
Shower tray was needing a clean or resealing as it was a bit grubby but apart from that room was great

Good location near centre, parking and great breakfast. Nice staff.
Bedroom had not been properly cleaned in a while, very dusty, the shower cubicle was un-useable as full of black mold.
Staff said they were aware of this problem and hotel was waiting refurbishment, having been recently sold.
