This is my first visit to NI & the first hotel of my trip. It’s set the bar high! It is a really convenient hotel with lots of parking. The room was very clean & spacious with lovely thick carpet, though the decor was a little dated. The food was good, though more vegetarian options in the evening would have been appreciated. But, what sets this hotel apart, are the lovely staff - welcoming, friendly & helpful. Thank you.

Armagh City Hotel is a pleasant place to stay in Armagh. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient, and the room was clean and adequate.
However, the carpets in the reception area could do with a good clean, as this would create a much better first impression for guests. The breakfast selection was also quite limited if you don't eat a traditional fry. By 7:30 am, there was no yoghurt available, which was disappointing.
I had specifically booked the hotel because I wanted to use the leisure centre, but unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to do so as the opening times were too restrictive.
Overall, the hotel was comfortable and the staff were excellent, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
