Good small budget hotel

Staff hospitality, pool, Staff is welcoming.. Breakfast. Room Air conditioning.

In hot season, outside sitting areas, they should considering to put water fans. As its so hot, didn't wanted to sit out and dine..

Best place to stay in Bodrum if you like little boutique styled hotels !!

This hotel is a hidden gem for its size , just away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main precinct area which is a warmly run establishment mainly because of the owners who run it and make it a really welcoming and friendly place to stay ! Sermi & Tulga Bey are the perfect host and will look after any of your needs with a smile !! The food ordered in-house was terrific , clean and tasty and their pricing for drinks & food was more than reasonable !! We can’t speak highly enough of them and will no doubt go back there when we go to Bodrum !

Perfect 🤩

Warm, and very very very clean ! People are very joyful and smiling. They helped me choosing traditional foods, place to visit, and even the bus to take to go to my next destination 😚😚😚 and the breakfast is amazing, and veeeery delicious

A liiittle bit far from the beach qnd center of the city, but just 5 min walk, it is not bad at all 👌

the pool area is lovely and like a little quiet oasis away from thd hustle and bustle staff were very welcoming and helpful nice breakfast

An Oasis In The Heart of Bodrum

A small family run hotel in the heart of Bodrum with a really chilled out vibe away from the hustle bustle, but within walking distance of transport options (bus/taxi) A spotlessly clean hotel with an excellent (included) healthy breakfast selection including home made traditional Turkish savoury and sweet pastries. As a solo traveller I initially booked 4 nights but ended up using this hotel as my base for the duration of my trip. Many of the staff spoke English and were all professional, polite, respectful, interesting and extremely helpful, non intrusive and fun to be around. I highly recommend a visit to feed your soul!

Beautiful oasis, great staff and location!

The kindness of the staff, they are all very attentive and helpful. They kindly upgraded my room to a bigger one ! :-) Delicious breakfast with lots of options and excellent restaurant menu. Everything is homemade and fresh! There are plenty of plugs in room, the water pressure in the shower is great, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, the small fridge in the room is a big bonus! The lighting in the room is nice and the AC works well. The pool area is lovely and kept clean and tidy, the sun loungers are very comfortable and cushions are provided, such a chilled atmosphere all around :-) The place is conveniently located less than 10 minutes' walk from the old town and to the marina for boat trips. There are at least 2 supermarkets right behind the hotel. A big thank you to the whole team who were absolutely amazing!

Bodrum stay without blowing the budget

The hotel was about 10mins walk to the waterfront and shops. The room was clean and breakfast very tasty. The pool area with vine covered tables was the ideal place to relax for breakfast or after a day of sightseeing.

Rare tranquility in Bodrum

Peaceful location, friendly owners, good breakfast, very friendly resident cats and dog! We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool to escape some of the Bodrum hustle and bustle.

Duvet a bit too small for a double bed, one of the towel hangers was broken.

Great location and atmosphere

Great location: not that loud and crowded as the central areas, but you can get there in 5-10 minutes. The staff was great, good people. The common places are quite simple but very cozy, calm and relaxing atmosphere.

My apartments were missing the very basic hotel stuff like fridge and kettle, so it wasn’t possible to buy and store most of the food. Breakfast is the same every single day and had absolutely no meat available, may good for vegetarians though 😅

I’m writing the 5th review today about our accommodations we had in Turkey. All the staff are really great and helpful in each place and especially here. it’s unique place with a lot of plants, in Greece style, with great spots for photos. food - great, cooked here by locals location - great room itself - good

Oya Butik is tucked away in a side road by town centre but delivers in a lush hideaway feel. The owners and staff were most warm and helpful, I particularly loved breakfast and how informative and keen they were for me to try their home cooked brekkie options- all of which were super delicious! The room far exceeded my expectations, not luxurious but sufficiently clean and spacious and comfortable for your holiday needs, tv there for those wanting it and Aircon and comfy beds. Centrality to the city centre and the beach really won here, as well as other historical sites nearby. So handy and lots of lovely food spots nearby- I would recommend the vegan cafe around the corner! Ideal stay, would defos come again- great value for money! Thanks again folks :) Senita

Homely stay close to Bodrum city centre

Friendly and warm hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and with an ample choice, with homemade jams and other products made by the owner of the property. The property is walking distance (10 minutes) to the centre of Bodrum. It’s possible to park the car on a street nearby.

In a good location and peaceful surrounding. Staff was kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and clean room.

Even if it says there is wifi it wasn’t working at all ☹️ There should be mini bar in the rooms. Since Bodrum is quite warm and it is not possible to keep water cool in rooms without cooler. I think some renovation is needed since the doors of rooms look pretty old and insecure!

Peaceful stay close to all amenities

Beautiful hotel in perfect location, close to the centre and beach (5/10 mins walk) but far enough so that’s it quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff all very helpful and friendly

The main door to the block I was staying in slams extremely loud which woke me up a few times. There was also a family with young children staying below me which I could hear and also woke me up a couple of times.

Family hotel in the charming Bodrum

A lovely family hotel with cute design, nice little pool and truly homemade breakfasts. Room was spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The owners are very welcoming and efficient. Bodrum itself is so great and can’t go wrong

The hotel has a central location (about 15-20 min walk to the old town, castle and marina), however, surrounding area is not very nice.

the location of the hotel, the people and the breakfast.

just we didn’t have a balcony like it’s described in the reservation. maybe it was just the booking’s filter as the hotel have a terrace beside the swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Bodrum

- The hotel room was nice and comfortable - The garden inside the hotel with the breakfast area and the swimming pool is very beautiful and is a great place to relax and take a swim

- It appeared that the hotel is still following some Covid protocols which are not required anymore (e.g. the breakfast buffet is not self service, cutleries provided packaged in plastic). Also our room smelled extremely like cleaning chemicals / sanitizer when we arrived. - Otherwise everything great, we enjoyed our stay very much!
