Lage zum See, Frühstück ausreichend, gerne wieder

Die Suite war wirklich schön. Auch die Lage war absolut super gewesen! Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und war stets frisch und reichhaltig.
Innenpool: Zugang zum Poolbereich für Gäste kostet extra, wenn man über Booking bucht! Und zwar 21€ pro Person und Tag! Das fanden wir doch wirklich unverschämt und absolut überteuert für so einen kleinen Pool. So hohe Zusatzkosten werden hier auf Booking nicht deutlich dargestellt. Das fand ich absolut nicht fair.
Außenbereich: recht ungepflegt, da kann man mehr draus machen
Mobiliar: etwas abgewohnt und hier und da kaputt, wir hatten keinen Zimmerservice
Sommer: unbedingt mit Klimaanlage buchen. Das Haus war extrem warm und es wurde kaum/nicht gelüftet

Séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme, à proximité du lac. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le spa et la piscine sont un vrai atout pour se détendre après une journée d’excursion. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Un excellent point de départ pour découvrir la région.
La climatisation pourrait être améliorée, notamment pendant les périodes de forte chaleur, car elle peine à rafraîchir efficacement les chambres. Une modernisation de ce point apporterait un réel gain de confort. À part cela, notre séjour a été très agréable.

Die traumhafte Lage
Service und Sauberkeit lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig, dass Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und es müßte mal von Grund auf etwas investiert werden, innen wie außen.
