Location, roof and price! We stayed here in total 5 nights - 3 when we arrived to Korea and 2 before leaving Korea. Upon leaving I had booked 2 double rooms and larger ones were not available and we were upgraded for one of the rooms so that we can have connected rooms.
It needs some repairs. On the other hand - if they repair it - the price will go up, so I think this is a perfect price / quality for the moment.

Breakfast was cornflakes, milk, and bread. I was able to keep my luggage there until my flight. Good view of Seoul Tower from the rooftop patio.
The mat bed wasn't comfortable, but I set one mat on top of the other, and then it was ok.

Like the location & quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Convenient shops & eatery places are nearby within walking distance.
1. Challenging up hill slopey roads.
2. Quite chilly at night because the heater is very small, not so effective to warm up the room.
3. Loud talking & noises from rooms next door is very audible, not sound proof.
4. Pantry area is a bit cramp, only 5-6 seats available. And this guest house's occupancy is quite good, no place to sit during peak breakfast time.
