鍵の受け渡しは、スタッフが待機して下さっており、鍵の開け方（暗証番号）など詳しく説明してくれた。
室内は居心地が良く快適だった。

施設のアメニティは大変清潔で、布団シーツ以外のものは飲料水も含め宿泊毎に新たに交換していただきました。
室内も、古民家の良さを残して清潔で各設備も不便なく過ごせました。
ビジネスホテルにはない、とにかく落ち着く空間でした。
1点だけです。
浴室の壁の一部に、カビがあり気になりました。
塗り壁なので、メンテナンスが大変かとは思います。

京都らしい町家の雰囲気を十分に味わえる宿でした。
1泊してみると、階段の傾斜がわりとあり膝があまり良くない主人が夜中のトイレに不安があった為、１階に布団を敷く事が出来ないか相談すると、2日目には1階に布団を用意してくれました。
追加の枕やリビングで使う椅子まで用意して頂き、お心遣いに感謝しました。
ありがとうございました。
2階のベッド周辺に埃があり、少し気になりました。

L’ensemble des machiyas est harmonieux et le quartier est à l’écart ce qui est un vrai plus - calme, pas de touristes autour. Mais le fait d’avoir une voiture est vraiment un plus
La cuisine est assez mal équipée - nous aurions apprécié, comme dans d’autres locations, qu’il y ait un minimum - huile, soja, vinaigre…
Un peu poussiéreux aussi.
