Resevation par Booking au dernier moment car monepouse avait reservé par bookingg a l hotel sakurav a Morestel où code dacces entree de l hotel aucun accuil humain pas de code d acces chambre pas de reponse par tel (fermé le dimanche rappelez lundi).Depités nous avons cherché plus loin(nous retrions chez nous a Arbois et faisions etape)et par Booking(dont je suis fidele client)nous avons retenu a Lagnieux,le clos du bois joli;accueil humain agreable chambre disponible immediatement.Nous conseillons cette halte,merci au bois joli,merci booking.
par contre nous deconseillons Sakura a Morestel pas d accueil pas de chambre;celieu se classe abusivement 3 etoiles pas d accueil des personnes RPM pas d ascenseur("3 etages).Nous deconseillons.

Not much is the answer. The bed linen was of good quality and there was a choice of pillows and the heavy quilt had been removed and replaced with a simple cotton sheet. Good move. The photos on the room we booked differed from what we got, which was a mix of all the best bits of each room.
We are cycling Via Rhona which I guess many people are who end up in this location. We arrived to an empty reception at 5pm after a long day riding. There was a message entirely in French on a small board. Luckily we had met a another cyclist who was French and she kindly followed the instructions to call a number to find out which room we were in. It was hot in the room. When we opened the door to outside we were inundated with mosquitoes. The wifi did not work at all. My husband works each morning. He called someone soon after arriving and asked if they could perhaps reset or reboot and he was met with a “no”. He got a plug gadget that supposedly helps repel mosquitoes. The person on reception who eventually arrived said there was a problem with mosquitoes. The repellent device did not work and we were severely bitten all night. We barely slept. In fact, there were blood stains from killing mosquitoes that had clearly already bitten us. If they know there is a problem with this, why haven’t they fitted fly screens. The bed was listed as an extra large double bed (I am very tall and we always choose places with a large bed). I can tell you the bed was slightly larger than double. The shower was made of black stone with light tiles in a strip and they had mould on them which was also on the bathroom door frame. Before we booked I had asked the hotel if there was anywhere to eat in town as it was a Monday and we know a lot of places close. We were advised in writing that there were restaurants open about 800 metres away. There was one place open out of about 9, a kebab shop, fast food and they were short staffed and we had to wait an hour. Out of 28 accommodations on this trip so far, this was the worst.
