Nothing in particular. The deluxe room alloted to us was of moderate size with a comfy bed and a good bathroom, which was possibly the only saving grace. I expressed my displeasure to the reception desk very clearly.
The location of the property and the food. The hotel is situated in a narrow lane, where you do not get a good view of the valley. The food offered by the in-house restaurant was just average and they do not have a good nonveg cook. We, therefore, chose to dine outside. If we visit Kodaikanal for the second time, we will not certainly select this hotel.
