Blissful three days stay at Cottages by the Creek, away from tourists and city noise.

Cottages by the Creek is a boutique resort type hotel manned by a team of efficient and excellent staff, who truly take care of all your needs, right from excellent spread of tasty dishes for Breakfast and for Dinner. Only issue is the location.. If you are in search of some peace and quiet, like we were, this is an excellent place to spend some quiet time away from tourists and city noise.

No Airtel mobile coverage in this part of Kodaikanal. WiFi coverage from the hotel is fair but not strong.

Superb, relaxing and best cottage in Kodaikanal

The location, service and altogether the way the staff were helpful was really awesome. The food was also top class. The staff is always ready to go that extra mile to give all sort of comforts to the guests. The cottage is a one stop shop if you want to really explore the natural beauty and enjoy the night view of the sky.

they have renovated the old building to look like a 5star cottage ..very bad experience …not value for money

Route to the cottage is very much complicated …steep and narrow only one vehicle can go at a time

Great Stay but away from the main city and view

Food, Rooms, Facilities everything was good. Played Carrom and Badminton with friends which was also nice

Poor wifi and location is opposite to the actual mountain view.

can’t reach without 4*4 vehicle price was very high compare to any hotels located in near the lake or town there is no children play area room was like a cave very narrow passages make us uncomfortable

The staff was polite. The room and bathroom were very clean. The food is very very good.

The hosiptality was good, food was decent. Not much to do except sitting and enjoying the view

No accomodation, food and washroom for drivers. It is really difficult for drivers given the location and weather there. It is over priced when compared with facilities provided

Very good

Everything as in facilities, food is awesome.

The only disadvantage is location. You have to drive a steep road. Better take a cab or make sure your car has a good pulling power.

Definitely a place you should visit, calm and serene

Liked the location, staffs and the breakfast was good.

The room has no ventilation, you will feel a little uncomfortable in the night as keeping the window open is not an option due to design but I believe with small modification it can be fixed.

My stay in the hotel was good.but a tiny problem i faced is that the hotel was in the deep valley.

I like the food.But the problem there is only pure veg.No outside food is allowed.The hotel is very clean.

They didn’t give proper care for drivers.No room is given for driver.even they didn’t allow the drivers to sit in the restaurant.They served a cold idly to drivers.And even didn’t give a hot water.And yhe other problem i faced is i booked two rooms for my family one room is very very in deep.And the other room is in very height in range. This was the main problem i faced in the hotel

Attitude of base level associates are superb and the architecture of the building is extremely perfect The effort which took by them to drive my car till a safe area to avoid my risk on drive of very steep climbing

Top level management team is too sad in interaction and me and my family never felt it as hospitality and look like a police station… I suggest please send these people for training in good hospitality running hotels
