Characterful hotel, spacious room, lovely breakfast. Have stayed several times after getting ferry to Santander. Free parking in square just around the corner except Wednesdays (market day), or fiestas. In which case, there's a big free car park about 10 mins walk, beyond the Parador. Several restaurants in Lerma, we found a lovely one called La Foccacia just off the square.
Nothing to dislike about the hotel. We got caught out by the preparations for the fiesta which meant going to the parking a bit further away. No big deal.

the historic location and building is stunning. you feel (positively) like back in the good old days. the staff was very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. location is great as it is in the middle of the old town .
but the best came in the morning: we had the best breakfast during our whole trip to spain , served and supervised by " la señora de la casa." she is brilliant and although we speak no spanish, we had good fun with her.

we knew that parking was not available on site, but that is not the problem of the hotel.
