Clean, comfortable and quirky. Booked last minute on return journey to Santander. Lovely little hotel in a beautiful town with friendly staff.

Hostal Docar is always spotlessly clean, well run by the caring owners and staff, and is well positioned for Lerma itself and for onward journeys to/from ferry ports. An excellent breakfast is available.
We have used this hostal for many years. The owners have become good friends, it is an excellent place to stay and have no hesitation in recommending it.

It is safe and clean.
The attitude of the hostess because I had a double bed. My dog was recovering from a broken leg and I could not carry her up two flights.( no lift).
