Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Good breakfast, different each day. Quiet location, a bit of a walk from town, but we knew this. Good views from top, where breakfast is served and the top level of our villa. Easy access to beach, and use of chairs and umbrellas.
Bedroom on top level leaked during the night when rains were heavy. Water pressure in showers were vey low.

It is quiet, except for crowing roosters😆 Walk to good restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The room had a balcony and another private outdoor sitting area so we it was comfortable to hang out in the room when we didn’t feel like going out. Would be good if they had a restaurant on site for lazy days.

I love the location- short walk to the beach, being in quieter side in north sayulita, and having a kitchenette. Breakfast was nice touch. There's a fruit store closeby which was nice. We extended our stay.
Wifi weak and unstable.
