Loved this guest house, great staff thanks Mark 😃 Super comfy bed Delicious brekki On the main drag of Aviemore town and 5 mins stumble from the winking owl 🦉 restaurant and bar with yum food Also right by the shops 🥰 20 drive from Loch Morlich and the cairns 💜

We enjoyed our stay! Mark was very welcoming and supportive. Very clean and neat room. Their breakfast was the best we had in the Highlands!

Room was a bit hot while sleeping, with window slighly open, but in the morning we noticed there was a fan we could have used. Pillows could be improved. Overall, great place, I would return.

Lovely property within walking distance of town. Good selection of breakfast and friendly staff. We found a cinema and popped out to see film near by too.
