Jim and Lorraine gave me a lot of nice recommendations, including Gannet watching in Nairns. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices freshly cooked every morning and served by Jim. The location was great: quiet, close to the city center and train station. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

Found the whole experience at Dunroamin very satisfactory .Jim was a very chatty , pleasant host who went the extra mile to make our stay there very comfortable.The breakfast had lots of choices including a daily special and was great .

Location - good breakfast
Lack of sitting room for guests - restricted breakfast time - shower too hot - both had bruises on our legs from corners of the bed
