The swimming pool area is amazing. The rooms are extra luxurious. The main restaurant inside the hotel serves excellent meals and the cost is reasonable.

Hotel location is good. 30 minute walk to Center City.
The spa fitness area was limited use with a fee. Should be included with the hotel stay.

Lovely room and location was relatively close to la maddlenea port .
So many details that are missing in this hotel- it is definitely not 5 star and not even good 4 star.
From plastic prosecco glasses on arrival(with lipstick stain), to poor breakfasts, where we had to look for someone to ask for coffee, this place needs a lot of work.
The private beach area is lovely, but you have to get a beach buggy down to it (across a main road) and when we requested one to go back up, we waited so long, we made our own way back up to the hotel.
So many other things just not good.
On departure, we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay.
This hotel needs work and staff could try to look a little happier!
