Staff, cleanliness. Nice food options on street level. Quiet.
The multiple syeep flights of stairs never mentioned! Only provided 1 small roll of toiletpaper. Very low beds. Could not sit in patio due to cat urine smell.

The location is perfect. Jessica was very helpful once we arrived. Clean space. Full kitchen, coffee in the morning, refrigerator, dinning room. All we needed.
There are lots of stairs to go to the apartment. Not a big deal, but be aware if you have lots of luggage.

The location is perfect for a night or even a couple nights in Pinhão. It's a 5 minutes walk from the station. The communication was great. Rita allows to leave bags before and after the check in/out which was priceless.
Jessica the housemaid was friendly and kind.
The accommodation itself is simple and somewhat rustic, but has everything what you need for a good stay - good shower, well equipped kitchen, good bed. Very clean!
There are some steps to get to the property, so keep this in mind if the mobility is an issue.
Overall it was a good stay.
