The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Throughout our 3-night stay, the housekeeping staff consistently made sure our room was cleaned and that our complimentary water and tea were replenished. We truly appreciated their attention to cleanliness and service.
One downside of our stay was the strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite uncomfortable and triggered my migraine. Thankfully, we were out exploring most of the day, so we didn't have to spend too much time in the room. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its ventilation and ensure a smoke-free environment for guests.

City Inn was a brilliant hotel for our holiday in Georgia. The staff were very friendly and let us store luggage overnight as we went to Kazbegi and returned the following day. The location was excellent and beds were nice and comfortable. We stayed in both the standard room and attic room and can vouch that both were good value.
