This was a longer stay than previous, I really like the location and most of the front desk. Staff have good knowledge of the area and how to catch the correct train or Bus and how to do various options for Airport transportation. Pretty good breakfast every morning, but really basic breakfast. Never anything like cooked eggs or potatoes or tortillas.but still very good.
If I said in another review, I think there are too many volunteers there. It’s people who are doing work trade to stay there SUMMER from different countries and had good command in Spanish. So not a problem there because I speak Spanish but I think that they are supposed to do certain jobs in trade for staying there and many of them don’t do it or they do a very light type of work, that might be the reason why the showers and toilet and sink area of the men’s room was never cleaned, the shower was really Rose,. I have to go and buy another pair of flip-flops because I did not want to get any kind of put issues, all kinds of leftover empty bottles of shampoo, wet wash, racks, and miscellaneous clothing everywhere, and soggy wet rugs in front of the shower and not very many hooks to hang things on. The same empty shampoo, bottles and wet. Things were still there after more than 10 days. Also, the breakfast is put out until 1030 A.M. but if you go to breakfast any later than 930 A.M. there’s not very much left like there’s no granola just cheap corn plates, they only provide sugary yogurt to put on cereal, never any milk, and no cream provided for coffee, I think. My biggest complaint is that they allow people to smoke on the balconies. There are four balconies so you can imagine with any kind of wind. It blows that cigarette smoke in. It’s the first thing I would smell every time. I entered a hotel downstairs, walking up the stairs. It got really strong. I commented to staff, but most of them seem to be cigarettes smokers so they never told the owner. I wish I have met the owner. I could’ve told him what comparison I would make to small hotels Airbnb, and many Hostel. I stayed in in Mexico, Europe, and United States in Canada, the other thing I’ve observed that I found disturbing. Was someone refilling Water pictures out of the sink faucet instead of going to get another big jug of water.

The location was excellent! I liked that there was some breakfast included. The staff were able to answer questions. They plan everyday excursions or activities. The space was clean and bohemian. Good music taste :)
Poor sleep due to no AC and it was really hot in the room. We kept the window open for fresh air and lots of noise came in interrupting comfort.

The location is great and staff has been kind and helpful during the day.
The room I booked (room 1) was a single room next to the living room and TV area that became in few occasion the meeting area during the night (2 am and 6 am) and all the nights I had to go and ask to reduce the volume or go to talk elsewhere. The acoustic is terrible so, in the room I could even listen the volume louder. A real nightmare. I asked the staff to do something but in 3 nights nothing happened. I have been to hostels before but it has been the loudest so far
