I didnt like the taxis that were booked from the hotel, they were over priced and i felt taken advantage of

Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente; la piscina dove ci si può rilassare in tranquillità; la camera spaziosa.
La colazione è varia e abbondante, ma la qualità non molto elevata; per arrivare in spiaggia ci si mette circa 20 minuti, per cui la posizione è un po’ più scomoda di quello che pensavamo.

We booked a Comfort Triple Room. In terms of size and general room category, the room we received was indeed a Comfort Triple Room. However, the room we were given was on the ground floor, whereas the room/category we had booked was presented with a view from an upper floor.
The difference was significant. Our room had essentially no view at all. The view from our room was directly towards the pool bar, rather than the pleasant view we had expected when making the reservation.
