Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the dining room were professional, friendly and always helpful. Service was exceptional. The shuttle bus was very very convenient if you did not have a car. Regular shuttles to the thermal baths, Citara beach, or Forio. The view from the pool is exceptional.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The live music at the pool was very nice. The sea views from the property were very nice.
I didn’t realize you had to book a meal plan to have dinner, I thought I could purchase dinner at the restaurant.

We had a view of the pool area from our balcony but it distracted by the lack of maintenance to the wooden arbour surrounding all the balcony areas.
The pool area enabled magnificent photos of the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail The onsite restaurant provided a dinner menu ofhome cooked style meals.
Unfortunately when we arrived in our room, the toilet seat was broken & the hair dryer did not work. Also the toilet listen failed which meant it ran all night. However, all items were attended to promptly. The overall impression is the complex is a bit tired & in need of a refresh.
