The room was clean and comfortable. There were various breakfast options including dairy/lacto free. The staff was very kind and helpful, and gave us advice on where to visit upon arrival!

A beautiful pearl with unique decoration, everything seemed new and the garden was highly maintained. The lobby and the breakfast room were spacious with relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was rich with selection of fruit, pastries, cheese and more. The staff was super helpful and kind, they were available by WhatsApp at all time, gave us a complete review of the island and recommended places to visit, and even booked a great restaurant for us. The facility had a private parking with lots of space for all guests. The location is very close to a small and unique beach with thermal water and was a short drive to other great spots. The Wi-Fi worked very well at all spaces. All in all, a very very good value for money.

This place is a little difficult to find the sign is not that big and the road to get down there is very tight your always on edge thinking another car could come your way very tight space to navigate. When we arrived the gate was closed and took them about 6 mins to open it. After parking we walked down to the reception however no one was there… after waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby my husband decided to go look downstairs. He found the receptionist doing laundry. She did apologize she said she was working alone that day and forgot her phone in the reception. I can understand but it was very frustrating in my opinion your phone should always be on you for this exact reason.. and for security purposes who opened the gate for us ? If it was the receptionist then she should have known someone was coming in…. None the less the place is very nice with duvet comforters and a nice spacious balcony however in my opinion it was not worth what we paid for…

The hotel is located a short distance from the Baia del Sorgeto, a thermal hot springs. The hotel successfully merges the modern and the traditional, exuding a certain timeless elegance that resonates with the Ischia vibe. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully adorned with plush furniture and elegant decor, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. As for the staff, they were commendable in their service, providing a warm welcome and always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Their attention to detail and personalized service added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.

While the hotel’s secluded location requires some transportation for wider exploration, and the sea views are slightly less impressive compared to competitors, the charm, service, and beauty still largely justify the slightly higher cost. A truly beautiful and immersive Ischian experience.

Miriam and her husband made us really feel at home and helped us with sightseeing etc.the place was modern and very clean. the location was fantastic .I will not hesitate to go and stay there again.thankyou Miriam.

Very nice room, also VERY CLEAN. The structure is new and looks better than in photos. Miriam and Nando are very helpful, easy to communicate with. Also they helped us with renting a scooter, which was delivered in max 1 hour at the location, they provide info about places to see or places to eat. Maria cleans the room everyday and she's there for breakfast too. Also she can give info about the island. She told us about the wine celebration that was happening in Panza, on our las night. It was very nice to take part in that village tradition 😀 I thinik all the rooms have a mountain/sea view, soo feels good to sit on the balcony and see how the sea mingles with the hills. Since we left on a rainy day and some ferries were cancelled Nando gave us a ride to the port - and it was a very good thing that he was there, cause our ferry left from another port 😀 little adventure!
