LA posizione OTTIMA!! Purtroppo essendo nella zona più centrale di Rovigno e via pedonale rumorosa...ma questo non dipende dal proprietario anzi! D'altra parte comodissima per tutto: il mare le spiagge i negozi i ristoranti tutto li raggiungibile a piedi sei nel centro di tutto .. tornavo da sola alle 2 del mattino dalle milonghe e non ho mai avuto paura e per una donna e spptt x le ragazze questa è la cosa principale sentirsi sicure. Consiglio quindi questo appartamento per l'ubicazione.
Portatevi tappi per le orecchie x dormire!! Unico piccolo problema ma superato da tutto il resto... da tanti anni utilizzo piattaforme e una pulizia così profonda non l'ho trovata tanto facilmente neanche negli alberghi dove te la aspetti!!! Grazie Filip! E' stato sempre MOLTO collaborativo e addirittura ci ha concesso di lasciare appartamento alle ore 16 e non è da tutti concedere questo!! GRAZIE!

The apartment is lovely with a classic hardwood floor and antique furniture. It is at the beginning of the pedestrian zone and you are right in the middle of little restaurants and shops. The windows insulate well against the sound from outside and the kitchen has basic amenities (little stove, microwave, fridge, etc.). Beds are very comfy (i.e. not too soft).
The Parking situation is difficult: The apartment does not have parking and you cannot drive up to the apartment because it is at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Rovinj has plenty of public parking, however, the ones near the apartment are very coveted and were always full. They would have been 25 EUR / 24h. There is much cheaper public parking about 10 min walk from the apartment (city zone 4 parking - you will need an app, info available online) which was 7 EUR / 24h. Given the description of the apartment, we were under the impression that parking would be easy and hassle free. Definitely do research on where to park beforehand.

Location, outside area, shower.
WiFi and TV both not working on arrival. But hopefully now they’ve been replaced they’ll be good for future residents.
Settee seems to be outdoor seating and not comfortable.
