Exceptional

The staff are sont kind and helpfull , the location is very well ! You can book a Grab and be in the old quarter in less than 5min ! If you have some question you can ask the staff, they are so great ! I recommande that hotel !

Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.

quiet place to relax

price-quality, very nice staff, they helped us with our laundry, great shower, nice welcome pack. We liked everything and it was nice to feel that the staff is always ready to help

when I stood in the plank, I saw a little dust under the bed. but it's easy to fix

clean but weird vibes from this place

the bed was comfortable and room was clean

we were told that there was free breakfast included and when we went down the next morning to get it there wasn’t even a restaurant in the hotel. the guy at reception also didn’t speak any English whatsoever which was a bit difficult but it was okay

Quite good hotel with price.

Near bus station. Convenient to go to airport. Quite quiet when sleeping. Hotel is new and clean. Small restaurants are around.

Tivi is no working. Lift is not reach to the room floor.

The hotel has just upgraded, all the facilities and furnitures are new. Staffs is really friendly; room is clean. General, everything are perfect.

Cushion is abit hard. It’s till fine for me to have a good sleep.
