Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. I checked in at 1am , someone was waiting for me and opened the door to let me in. The location perfect right in the heart of Old Quarter, but couldn't hear anything from the room. Sheets towels, matress all perfectly clean. All the staff were friendly and kind, amazing food and beer st 2min walk. They held my bag for me after checkout and let me come back in to repack it. 2 free bottles of water a day, mini bar standard water only 10k , large 20k , beer 15k all ice cold.
Absolutely perfect. Wouldn't change anything.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Queen Cafe Hotel & Pub in Hanoi. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city within a short time.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful
The room was quite small and didn’t have a window, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re planning a longer visit.

I like the area because it is near on everything, and the staff are all accommodating. Ofcourse the price. Thank you so much.
Our door has no lock at first but they manage to put batteries on the lock at the 2nd day. The 4th floor bunk bed room has no lock too. You can hear what's happening outside when your room has a city view.
