I don’t even know from where to start, The place location is really near everything in Hanoi, The room is very clean and tidy. Te price is very suitable and reasonable too. The staff is exceptional. This the most friendly, helpful, kind and respectful staff i have ever dealt with. Jonathan the manager is the master of my trip. He is very attentive and really you can rely upon him. You guys should stay at the hostel and hotel in Ha Giang to do the loop, you would be in real safe hands

Buena ubicación, si bien no tenían cocina, te daban agua caliente si lo pedías y podías comer tus cosas en la zona de restaurante que tenían, la cama era cómoda.
El baño no era muy limpio

I recommend this place for foreigners like me because very close to nightlife and don xuan grand bazaar like this places and real Hanoi streets you can see. Thank you Vietnam beautiful country
