The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and they provide a kettle (downstairs near reception). The location is excellent for all of the touristic things you'd like to see in Hanoi!
The owners Ms. Thuy and David are the kindest people you will ever meet. I wish I could give them a 10/10 review. I stayed here on two separate occasions and they went above and beyond during my stay - I spent hours trying to get a bus booked to Ho Chi Minh City on the public holiday and eventually gave up. While I was out with friends, both Ms. Thuy and David spent their free time trying hard and successfully got the overnight bus booked for me, and even refunded my night's stay for what I had already paid for and booked! They are so incredible and I highly recommend to stay here.
I will be coming back in the future!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Very nice location — less than 10 minutes away from the coffee shops at Train Street, with many local eateries nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They also offer convenient services such as airport pick-up/drop-off and tour arrangements, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The train passes by from time to time till evening. It was not a problem for us so it’s fine.

Emplacement sympa. Accueil agréable, la gérante parle bien anglais (c'est rare !).
Chambre très spacieuse et matelas bon état.
Mobilier suffisant : chaises, table, canapé, armoire.
L'hôtel est directement sur la voie ferrée : bruit d'un avion au décollage quand un train passe !! Heureusement, ça n'est pas trop souvent, mais ça peut arriver en pleine nuit...
Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur : attention à la montée !
Sinon, la chambre est un peu vétuste, c'est dommage. Traces d'humidité sur les murs, mobilier vieillot, salle de bain peu agréable. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement et ce sera très agréable.
