Guy running the place was great . Made several calls for us to get quick taxis ,& Ha Long Bay tour set up with hotel pick & drop. Bed was decent , a/c worked good, & shower was good. Has bigger bikes for rent .

It's a nice hotel, except sound-proof is not good. I can hear everything outside.
