Proximity to Old Quarter streets and sights and to good street food.
Not particularly clean, few amenities, situated directly across from a construction site at which two cranes and two dump trucks and many shouting people would get to work at exactly 9 pm each night.

It is close to many cafes. famous restaurant, Michelle street Pho is 100m away.
Walkable to lake, churches and elsewhere. Beds are nice and only place provides triple beds.
there are a few times water stop running out of the blue. and then come back.

The property was in a great location, the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.
Our room was tiny and there was no natural light.
