I loved this place! The staff was so nice and helpful. I used this hostel as my base for traveling to other location, so I was spending some nights here and there and coming back. They were so helpful with taking care of my luggage, allowing early check-in when needed, offering a bigger room for free when they had one available, and offering to take a shower even if I was not staying there for the night. Breakfast was also really good, because you could get pancakes or egg cooked in the style you prefer by the staff.

Nice convenient location in the old town, but remarkably quiet in the evening. Great Staff - super helpful - can organise a beautiful massage at a nearby spa, shuttle cars to the airport, luggage help, local knowledge and of course friendly and attentive breakfast service with Mai.

I loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location, great value for money, very comfy bed and great shower pressure!! Also the rooms are very quiet as it is on a side street away from the main hustle and bustle
Liked it so much I stayed an extra few days and used it as a home base for day trips etc
Jessica was so lovely and very helpful with her advice and organization skills for my travel, and mai and her kitchen team were also wonderful.
Very happy customer! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great value for money and a "home away from home"

Tip: If you were traveling with 2 people, I would check size of room. Mine was on the smaller side but it was perfect for just me.

We stayed at Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel for the last four days of our holiday, and it was a wonderful stay! The Executive Suite was a real treat, and we actually spent quite a bit of time enjoying it, especially since we had some rainy days.
The service was excellent throughout our stay. We didn’t book any tours as we had already done them, but the team recommended a spa where we received a 10% discount, which we really appreciated. Everyone was genuinely thoughtful and helpful, from our arrival, when they kindly kept our luggage before check-in, to all the little moments when they were always ready to assist.
A special thank you to the whole reception team!
We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a special mention to Mai, who welcomed us every morning with a smile. The buffet is varied, and there are also plenty of options to choose from the menu. Different kinds of omelettes, always delicious — thank you, chefs! — as well as sandwiches, French toast, banh mi, pancakes and more. We only wish we had had enough time to try everything!
