Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel & Spa

Our experience here in this hotel was excellent. The staff are very friendly and very polite. They help me to find and communicate with the Grab driver when I left my phone, so helpful that I got back my phone. I was so worried and nervous the whole time I lost it. We had free breakfast everyday. The chef is so friendly, he will talk to us what we want and he will cook it for you. The food’s was delicious and clean and healthy. The manager is so helpful specially if we had a question. Over all this hotel is excellent and deserves to be a 5⭐️. I highly recommend it. And thank you so much to all the staff! Bravo 👏👏👏

Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and staff very helpful in explaining the Vietnamese dish every morning. Chef greeted and give us advices every day of our stay. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Room was a little small but very clean. Staff were wonderful and the location smack bang in the middle of the Old Quarter, which was very convenient. Such a quaint boutique hotel. Enjoyed a deep tissue massage while here - for such a small lady, she got right in there and sorted out my tired aching muscles. Would definitely come back here!!

Short answer. Best place ever. I booked 4 nights here w my fiance as we are going through vietnam and ill be honest, when we first opened the door to our unit w the key, windows were open, it was 114 degrees outside, and all power was off until i clicked the switch. But my god the ac here is godsend. I found out later almost every place in vietnam has a system when you leave, to shut power off to avoid power surges. Breakfast offered here was better than some of the restaurants we went to. Im an uncultured korean living in the states so i dont know much but it was great to me and i always went for seconds and thirds Staff is phenomenal. 24/7. Literally. We would come back at the most odd hours and there would someone always at the door to open it for us. Spoke very good english. And easy to communicate. Their recommendations were spot on too. Everything we had wanted to try was mentioned by them and more. Easy transfers to and from the hotel. Bottle service. Didnt wait more than 2 seconds before we left the airport doors until we were getting into car. They do laundry service by weight. Was skeptical at first as i had some sensitive clothes that were cold and low tumble dry but they understood. Washed, dryed, folded, and placed in an vacuum seal bag ready for us by same day. I cannot say enough for this place. Highly recommend to others and friends
