The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and kind! All of them helped me not just with the hotel but also traveling around, giving us a lot of recommendations, and keeping our rental bike safe. And they speak English very well so it was easy to communicate with them.
The hotel was clean and very easy access everywhere in Hanoi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in a walking distance. I recommend eating at a street food shops that have plastic tables and chairs outside. They taste better and much cheaper. I also recommend downloading Grab app for chartering taxi before coming to Hanoi. When we caught a taxi on the street without it, they charged us more than double the usual fee.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's staying in Hanoi.

Rooms are nice and a good size. Very reasonably priced and value for money. The location is also great - walking distance everywhere and friendly staff. The breakfast is also good for cheap! Would recommend.
